All About Our Preferred Patron Program

WELCOME!

We value our customers at Petro's GM Showplace.  Purchasing a vehicle entitles you to become a Preferred Patron!

A Preferred Patron card will be mailed to the purchaser and will entitle that owner to the program discussed in this section.

Preferred Patron cards are not transferrable to another owner or vehicle and must be presented each time you visit our Service Department.

PRIMARY CARD BENEFIT (LUBRICATION, OIL CHANGE & OIL FILTER)

The Preferred Patron card is good for $6.00 off any Oil Change performed on the vehicle when in for service.  We recommend that your vehicle be serviced every 3,000 miles or consult your owner's manual.

An Additional Note:

The discount for oil change only applies when all parts and materials are provided by Petro's Service Department.

The Service Department at Petro's GM Showplace works on an appointment basis.  Please make an appointment for Service by calling:  (574) 267-1950 ext. 400

COURTESY TRANSPORTATION SHUTTLE

A one way complimentary shuttle is available within a 10 mile radius of Warsaw.  When you are making an appointment, be sure to let the Service Consultant know you need a ride!

COURTESY VEHICLES

In the event that your vehicle needs to be in for two hours or more of service, Preferred Patron customers may receive a courtesy vehicle with the following guidelines.

1.  Must be 18 years of age

2.  Have a valid driver's license.

3.  Carry insurance that will cover the vehicle while operating.

4.  Return the vehicle clean.

5.  Ensure that the tank is full of fuel upon retrun.

6.  Return it the same day your vehicle is finished to avoid additional rental fees.




WARRANTY TRANSPORTATION

Courtesy transportation for warranty work covers all retail/lease customers of vehicles with remaining warranty. Emissions coverage under the new vehicle limited warranty.

The customer is eligible to receive a loaner or overnight vehicle any time an eligible vehicle is brought in for a warranty repair and the nature of that repair requires more than one business day.

Guidelines for use of loaner vehicles will be the same as under the rental section of courtesy transportation.  One way shuttle transportation is available for all warranty customers.  Cadillac Motor Division provides two-way shuttle rides at Customer's request.


SERVICE DEPARTMENT RENTAL

Rental vehicles are available to customers who are having work done in Petro's Service Department.  The cost for a rental is $25.00 per day with 100 allowable miles per day at no extra charge.  Mileage over that amount will be assessed at $.25 per mile.  Rental vehicles follow the guidelines listed under the courtesy vehicle section.

BODY SHOP RENTAL

In the unfortunate event that your vehicle is damaged in an accident, rental vehicles are available.  The Preferred Patron Program does not apply to Body Shop Repair.
